Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide. Shipping charges depends from the weight of goods and the geographic area, they are all inclusive, but where there are customs fees, they are not included because they do not depend on us, the payment will be requested by the courier at the delivery.

The service is assured by express courier door to door, the amount of the shipping fees is calculated by the electronic cart, try it.

Note for EEC customers (European Economic Community): only within EEC, small, light weight and not fragile objects can be shipped using the cheaper method of earth mail service.
This option must be required by email, and the order cannot placed using the web site procedure, moreover, the parcel delivery status cannot be tracked.
The cost of the EMS shipping depends from the weight:
up to 250g -- 4.00 Euro
over 250g up to 350g -- 5.00 Euro
over 350g up to 1Kg -- 7.00 Euro.

The payment has to be made in advance and the possibility of this shipping method must be approved.
